Bircher Muesli Mix

Makes: 1 large jar or 6 cups
Serving size: 1/2 cup

1 cup LLWF Multi Purpose Nut Free Bread mix

1 cup almonds

1 cup walnuts

1 cup pitted dates

1 cup sultanas or raisins

1 cup organic dried coconut - optional

1-2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla powder

Lemon zest from 1 lemon – optional


Apple and Cinnamon with Fruity Streusel


  1. Add the almonds and dates to a food processor and pulse until they are both chopped but not ground or turned into thick paste.

  2. Turn into a large mixing bowl then do the same with the walnuts and sultanas then turn them into the bowl with the dates and almonds.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine then store in an airtight container.

Banana Berry & Pineapple Bircher:




1 cup mixed berries – fresh or frozen

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup fresh pineapple

½ cup pitted prunes

1-2 tbs raw honey

Coconut, almond or dairy milk


Optional: add when serving. 


CoYo or Greek Yoghurt. 

Extra raw honey, maple syrup or rice syrup

Dried coconut. 




  1. Add the berries, bananas, pineapple and prunes to a blender or food processor and pulse to chop and blend them lightly, it's alwasy nice to leave some textrure but if you wish to make it smooth thats also nice.

  2. Turn the fruit mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients then stir through. 

  3. Spoon into indivual bowls or containers for later

  4. Serve with the yoghurt and extra honey if you wish.
